The awards are open to women working in the UK's occupational pensions industry, and anyone working for – or governing – individual occupational pension schemes.
Nominees can be involved in roles including, but not limited to, pensions management, trusteeship, actuarial, pensions and investment consulting; legal advice; investment management; fiduciary management; scheme administration; and member communications.
Vicky Bell, RPMI’s Director of Trustee Accounting, won Pension Manager of the Year at last year’s awards. She said: “Congratulations to Jennifer and Anna, and to all our finalists. I’m delighted that so many of my colleagues are being recognised for their achievements.
"These awards are not about men versus women, or whether a particular gender is more suited to a career or role in pensions – they celebrate success stories and shine a spotlight on the work of inspirational and ground-breaking women within the industry.”
