For your awareness, members may not receive their Annual Benefits Statement as usual this month.
We recently changed our system, so instead of everyone getting their statement in November, members now get them in, or around, their month of birth.
Some members may already have received theirs around the time of their birthday.
But for others this means waiting a little longer for their next statement.
Please pass this information on if anyone asks why their Annual Benefit Statement hasn't arrived this month.
And remind them that they can view previous statements and request an estimate, at any time, by logging in to their member website.
