A new way of keeping in touch with members

RPMI is partnering with Lexis Nexis Solutions to offer members a better way of confirming their identity and personal details.

We’re currently targeting a proportion of the Railways Pension Scheme (RPS) membership to test a new app, which will determine if this technology can provide an improved, cost effective service moving forward.

It’s all part of our commitment to using innovative technology to improve member engagement in the most cost effective and efficient way possible.

Over the coming weeks Lexis Nexis will be contacting a small group of members asking them to quickly and easily verify their identity via the new app.

We’re asking any members that are contacted, to please spare a few minutes to download the app and confirm their details.   This will help us with proof of concept.

The existing security questionnaire will still be offered as an alternative for those unable to use apps.  However, confirming an identity this way will take longer to process than via the app.
