In 2022, we changed the URL for your employer portal to customers.myrailpen.com as part of our rebrand from RPMI to Railpen.

You should continue to access the employer portal at customers.myrailpen.com. However, if you have the previous URL bookmarked (customers.myRPMI.co.uk), please delete it and replace it with the new link. The old URL previously redirected you to the new one, but we will be discontinuing the old URL in mid-June 2023.

The URL for our FTP file upload service also changed in March 2022. The new URL is sftp://fileupload.myrailpen.com. Again, you should save the new URL so you can easily access the service in future.
