The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has created a new Midlife MOT website for people aged 45-65.

It’s specifically designed to help in 3 key areas:

  • work
  • health and
  • money

The site includes a new tool from the government’s MoneyHelper service, which will help users understand their current finances, and learn what they can do to improve their financial wellbeing from now until retirement.

The site also offers advice on things like finding work over 50, how to get a free NHS health check if you’re over 40 and where to go for financial support or help to get out of debt.

Visit the site now to find out more.

The DWP’s Midlife MOT website is entirely free to use and brings together support from a range of organisations and charities, including the NHS, Mind, MoneyHelper, Citizens Advice and the Department for Work and Pensions’ find a job portal.

Members can use it alongside the tools and information in their myRPS or myFund account to take stock of where they are now in their retirement planning and make sure they’re prepared for the future ahead.
