E-bulletins for members of the railways pension schemes
From Autumn 2025, we’re launching e-bulletins for members of the railways pension schemes.

These will be emailed regularly to everyone who has registered for a myRPS or myFund account, and share important information about the Scheme or Fund, as well as wider pension news and legislative developments.  Frequency and timing will vary depending on the member’s age and status (active, preserved or pensioner) to make sure the content is tailored, and relevant to their stage of the pensions journey.

We’d appreciate your support in asking members who have not already registered for a myRPS or myFund account to do so quickly and easily at railwayspensions.co.uk/register or btppensions.co.uk/register, depending on which scheme they are a member of. That way they will get the e-bulletins automatically when they launch.

Having a myRPS or myFund account does not stop a member from receiving paper copies of their other pension communications, such as statements and newsletters. If they prefer to continuing getting these in print, they just need to tell us by completing the form on the page linked below, if they haven’t already done so.

The e-bulletins themselves will not be available in print; however, we will make every effort to include the content in other areas of the member website so that members can still read it without registering if they prefer.
