Platform - a year in review

During 2020, they have provided feedback on a wide range of topics, helping us to shape how we communicate with members and make pensions easier to understand.

This includes:

• taking part in an online demonstration session for some online guidance tools
• sharing their thoughts on charts, infographics and text for our investment guide, ahead of its launch earlier this year
• testing improvements to our Summary Funding Statement
• completing surveys about different writing styles that we could use going forward

The input this group provides is invaluable in helping to ensure we can communicate effectively and we look forward to continuing this collaboration throughout 2021.
