New audit support guide  

We want to make the audit process as easy as possible for you, and also streamline the impact on us, so we can focus on delivering our services to you and your employees.  

We’ve therefore launched a new Employer Audit Support Guide that explains how we can help you with audits, what’s available for free, what we might need to charge you for, what our charges are, and how you  can contact us with audit-related requests. 

The guide also includes some responses to common questions we get asked for audits.

Information we might charge for 

While we can provide a lot of audit information free of charge, there could be a fee for some of the information you need, such ledger extracts, trade transactions, access to the Custodian SOC1 Report and some specific and detailed member record requests. 

Our new guide includes information about the fees but before any work starts, we will provide you with a clear cost estimate.
